Worthington, MN Man Arrested On A Warrant For Enticing A Minor In Rock Rapids
Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Worthington, Minnesota man has been arrested on a warrant for a charge of enticing a minor under the age of 16. According to a criminal complaint filed with the Lyon County Clerk of Court’s Office by the county sheriff’s office, 47-year-old Sevannary Saysirisanh of Worthington is accused of sending a message requesting a sexual act to a 14-year-old in Rock Rapids about one year ago. He was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday.

On 08/07/24 at 8:18 a.m., a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir was traveling east on Spring Creek Road and stopped at the intersection of SD 79. After stopping, the driver of the Buick attempted to turn north onto SD 79. A bicyclist, on a Trek bicycle, was traveling west on Spring Creek Road. The bicyclist failed to stop prior to entering SD 79 and drove into the side of the turning Buick. The bicycle rider was wearing a helmet and received minor injuries. The driver of the Buick was wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured.
Fatal Spearfish Crash: Motorcyclist dies in collision with pickup
LAWRENCE COUNTY, S.D. - A two-vehicle crash in Spearfish, SD, on Monday morning resulted in one fatality. Preliminary reports indicate that Jake Maverick Olsen was driving a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and was turning left onto US 85 from I-90 when he collided with a 2023 Harley Davidson ridden by Patti Jo Craig. Craig sustained fatal injuries in the accident; she was not wearing a helmet. Olsen, who was wearing a seatbelt, was unharmed.
