Trashy activity leads to site restrictions
The City of Madison's yard waste site now has set hours after another load of garbage was dropped off there, which is expressly against the site's purpose. The site, located north of the wastewater treatment plant, was open year-round and 24 hours a day until Aug. 7. As of that afternoon, Madison residents are allowed to use the site weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and no use outside of those hours will be permitted.
