The clearing of homeless camps from Portland’s streets is often and crudely described as a game of Whac-A-Mole. SPRAY — On July 13 the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a report of two missing juveniles from Spray, Oregon, at about 7:20 pm. It was reported the youth were on a camping trip in a forested area inside Morrow County.
