Housing market slowing in the area over last eight weeks. Home prices have started to drop or being removed from market. Timing not too good. Builders are about to ride the financial wave downward. But it was a tsunami for the previous 3 1/2 years for unjustified reasons, more so tied to the Covid supply and demand chain. Supposedly made building materials difficult to get, so why after Covid are building material still over priced?
