The problem is you can't keep the good ones. The micromanaging, the favoritism, disproportionate discipline and strict policies hindering crime fighting. I hope that Grant has money for more Ford Explorers. Officers are forced to drive ragged vehicles with 100K miles on them. Go after supervisors who create hostile work environments. And get rid of that Fossil McAnus. Put a real leader like Sheriff Grady Judd. Who backs his Frontline people fighting crime and is tough on criminals.McAnus has ruined the enthusiasm for officers to be proactive because of his draconian policies.
