The postal system in the Houston area is a messed up disaster. It’s been going on a while and not being fixed. It takes 3 weeks to get anything around, in, or out of Houston. Everyone needs to complain to Congress about it. That’s the only way it’s going to get fixed. By the way, they are going to ask for a rate hike for Christmas deliveries.
