If people speed over the speed limit what make you all think they’re going to do it when school out lol good luck with that

Channel 5 news showed a caption or video of city workers removing such said speed limit signs in front of said closed schools. If there are no posted signs then why do we have to abide by said laws ? The only way I know it can still be enforced is that now the district is using said closed schools as pick up points for busses to transport to another operating sight. Kinda 50/50 if you ask me.
