CHESTERTOWN — Terri Kulp with Coldwell Banker Chesapeake Real Estate has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Assoication of Realtors.

Kulp joins more than 25,000 real estate professionals across the globe who have earned the designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience. Only two of every 100 realtors have earned this designation.

“We are all proud of Terri’s many accomplishments”, says Hugh Smith, broker and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Chesapeake Real Estate, “ in addition to being a productive agent year after year, Terri is doing what it takes to further enhance and amplify her value proposition for Eastern Shore real estate buyers. Terri is a leader in our company’s strategic initiative to ‘raise the bar’”.

The Council, founded in 1988, is the world’s largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer.

The National Association of Realtors® The Voice for Real Estate is the world’s largest professional association, representing over 1.5 million members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
