Center of Hope, Kent Social Services kick off school supply drive

Center of Hope and Kent Social Services are conducting their annual school supply drive until July 30.

Donations can be dropped of at:

• Center of Hope, 1081 W. Main St. in Ravenna; or Kent Social Services, 1066 S. Water St. in Kent, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• At a donation box in the Kent Police Department lobby, 301 S. Depeyster St., at any time.

Items requested include erasers, pencil sharpeners, mechanical pencils, highlighters, glue sticks, pens (blue, black and red), book bags (all ages and genders), pocket folders without prongs, 1.5- to 2.5-inch three-ring binders, colored markers and pencils, 24-count crayons, rulers, wide/college spiral notebooks and leaf paper, and scissors (safety and regular).
