Good evening, Heartland, we are tracking some isolated showers tonight and some thunderstorms are also possible. There’s potential for localized flooding, as the showers and storms could produce some heavy rainfall. If any stronger storms develop, they could produce gusty winds. More scattered thunderstorms are possible on Sunday, with potential for heavy rain and potential localized flooding. Lows will be in the low 70s and highs will be in the mid 80s. Heading into the work week, there is a complex of storms heading into the Heartland overnight, that could lead to isolated storms early on Monday. These storms do have potential to bring some gusty winds, making the Heartland currently outlooked at a Marginal risk for severe weather on Monday.
