The Chef Behind Sonoma’s Glen Ellen Star Is Debuting a New Concept in Sonoma Valley

According to Sonoma , award-winning chef Ari Weiswasser of Sonoma’s Glen Ellen Star is debuting a new concept in Sonoma Valley.

Coming to 9049 Sonoma Highway in Kenwood, the eatery will land near establishments such as Muscardini Cellars, Palooza Brewery & Gastropub, and VJB Vineyard & Cellars.

“With an Italian menu and Nor Cal sensibilities, Stella will (like Star) feature an open kitchen, bar, and wood-fired grill. Its menu will be ‘leaning into its pasta game’ while highlighting local farms; its wine list will offer the best of the region’s small-production vintners,” the Journal reports.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Weiswasser to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
