Driver and passenger identified in fatal Odessa crash
ODESSA, Texas — Authorities have identified the victims in a fatal crash that occurred late Friday night. The driver has been identified as 28-year-old Adan Olivas Hidalgo of Mexico, and the passenger as 41-year-old Maria Belmares Martinez of Idalou, Texas, according to a press release from the Odessa Police Department. The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on July 12 at the intersection of 22nd Street and Golder Avenue.
