Disney unveils first model homes for Cotino community in Rancho Mirage

Disney shared a preview of the first model homes in Cotino , a Storyliving by Disney community, on Thursday.

The event showcased three model homes built by Shea Homes, offering a first look at the designs.

Jay Critcher, Vice President of Storyliving, said these include the cottage, grand and estate collections.

He said the entry price for the cottage collections is around the high $1 millions.

"We have wonderful fans from Disney, and I think people really respect the brand," Critcher said. "We're hoping that they're going to come here and they're going to realize that the value of of the programming and the lifestyle and all the things that we're bringing to the residents of Catino are great value."
