Marshall ISD mourning death of high school student

MARSHALL, Texas ( KETK ) – Marshall ISD announced the passing of a high school student on Thursday.

17-year-old Jon’Arian Brown died on May 20, according to his obituary .

“Jon’Arian will be greatly missed by his peers and staff at Marshall High School,” MISD said in a Facebook post. “He was loved by all that knew him.”

The post was flooded with condolences from community members, remembering him as “Bubba.”

The circumstances of his death are not publicly available at this time. MISD asked their followers to keep Brown’s family in their thoughts and prayers.
