2 bodies found in East Texas lake sent for autopsy

MARSHALL, Texas ( KETK ) – Two bodies were recovered from Brandy Branch Reservoir near Marshall on Aug. 26.

Harrison County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to FM 3251 on Aug. 26 at 5:39 p.m. over a report that two bodies were seen floating away from a boat near a boat ramp of Brandy Branch Reservoir.

The bodies were identified as 78-year-old Ronald Breeding and 79-year-old Donald Breeding. They were declared dead at the scene and sent for autopsy.

Officials are still investigating the drownings, but say at this time they look to be accidental.
