LONGVIEW, Texas ( KETK ) – The Taco Bueno on Fourth Street in Longview caught fire on Sunday.

Longview fire crews got a call around 5:50 p.m. and responded to find “light smoke conditions” in the restaurant.

A volunteer fire department is declining its contract with Smith County ESD2, here’s why

Firefighters found smoke and fire coming from around a window outside the building. They started removing wall covering from the interior and exterior of the building to expose fire damage to the wall.

“The fire appears to have started in a void space in the wall next to the window and spread to other structural components of the wall,” according to Longview Fire. “There were no reported injuries. Contact was made to the City of Longview Health Department and the electrical and gas services were secured to the building.”
