    Dress themes of this year’s Texas Rose Festival Parade

    TYLER, Texas ( KETK ) – The third weekend of every October, the Texas Rose Festival takes to the streets of Tyler for a parade to showcase the beauty of the gowns and community.

    The 91st Texas Rose Festival runs from Oct. 17 to Oct. 20 and follows the theme of “Fanfare of Festivals.” The Texas Rose Festival Parade is one of the various events during the festival where the dresses will be featured.

    During the parade that begins at 9 a.m. on Oct. 19, the Ladies in Waiting and Duchesses will be dressed to represent various festivals. The following is a list of the ladies in waiting and the themes of their dresses.
