    Vehicle Plows Into Food Truck in Downtown Los Angeles; 2 Injured

    DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES. Sept. 14 (KNN) — Two pedestrians were injured when an SUV plowed into a food truck early Saturday morning in Downtown Los Angeles.

    Los Angeles Fire Department personnel and Los Angeles Police Department Central Division officers responded to the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Georgia Street for reports of a vehicle that had crashed into a food truck as well as a pedestrian struck around 12:30 a.m.

    When first responders arrived, they located an SUV on the sidewalk that had collided with the food truck.

    A spokesperson for the LAPD told KNN that two pedestrians were injured, and one of them was transported to the hospital. However, KNN video from the scene appears to show two people being transported. There was no information available regarding the driver.

    There are no further details at this time.
