NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Police arrested a fire captain for the Noblesville Fire Department on a preliminary charge of domestic battery Saturday morning. According to Noblesville Fire Department, the Lapel Police Department arrested 55-year-old Brett Etherington early Saturday morning. Booking details indicate Etherington is charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, which is a Level 6 Felony in Indiana.
City of Greenville maintenance paving project bids accepted
