Kenova man faces several charges in the kidnapping of a Huntington woman, troopers say
PRICHARD, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Kenova man has been arrested and faces several charges in connection to the kidnapping of a woman from Huntington, troopers said. Richard Pennington, 33, was arrested just after midnight Saturday.
