They're coated thickly with flour which makes the crust super crispy. Had high expectations overall, and they were pretty good, worth a try! Btw, you get six mid-joint wings per order 😂 Not for those who aren't fans of mid-joint wings 😂 🥩 Stir-Fried Kidney was a pleasant surprise, $17 a portion and it's huge! Tastes fantastic, the kidneys are sliced beautifully and cleaned meticulously. Comes with a generous amount of side veggies, including bamboo shoots which are awesome! 🥩 Sizzling Pork Intestines, $22, similar portion size to the kidneys but made with more care. The intestines are cleaned well, stewed till they're tender and flavorful, really melts in your mouth! Side dishes are similar to the Stir-Fried Kidney, and the big slices of bamboo are crunchy and tasty! 🥒 Garlic Cucumbers made with English cucumbers, crispy and delicious, a must-try if you're ordering a table full of meats. The restaurant is quite spacious and even has private rooms, highly recommended!‼️
