Man Found Fatally Shot in Compton

COMPTON (CNS) - Sheriff's detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in Compton Saturday.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies were called at 1:20 a.m. to the 1000 block of South Grandee Avenue where they found the victim, according to the department.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Anyone with information about this shooting was asked to call the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. Callers who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or send tips to lacrimestoppers.org.
