Lincoln County, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has activated a Endangered Missing Advisory for missing 17-year-old Hannah Fowler.

According to the OHP , Fowler was last seen at around 11:45 p.m. on August 12, 2024 near US-177 and 750 Road in Lincoln County. Fowler has developmental disabilities and selective Mutism, says authorities.
