    Meet Ellie!

Ellie is a sweet 6-year-old girl weighing 53 pounds. She adores children and gets along well with other dogs, making her a wonderful addition to any family. She thrives best in a quiet and calm environment where her crate can serve as her safe haven. Ellie is ready to find her forever home, but is also in need of a foster home while she waits to meet her new family. Find out how you can foster this sweet pup at okhumane.org/foster .

    Meet Boog!

Boog – a.k.a. Booga-ronie, Boogsefer, Boogie Woogie man, the handsomest boy etc. Boog is a playful, energetic, chatty, brave, affectionate, and curious 6-year-old boy. He really loves laying out in the sun, cuddling with people, and exploring. Boog has lived peacefully with 3 female cats. He loves neck scratches and uses the litter box well.

    Meet Klondike!

Klondike is a charming 3-year-old boy with a loving personality and a zest for life that makes him a joy to be around. His favorite things include getting pets and going on walks, but what he loves most is showing off his intelligence. He’s quick to sit and shake hands, especially when a treat is involved. Klondike is very well-behaved and eager to please his favorite human. However, being a young and active dog, he sometimes gets overly excited, resulting in jumping or pulling on the leash like a sled dog aiming to win the Iditarod.

Klondike has shown a high prey instinct, so it’s best for him to be in a home without cats. He has kept his kennel clean with regular walks and is always willing to go in when asked. Klondike would likely thrive with a canine friend of similar size and activity level, though a slow introduction is recommended to ensure a good match.
