The documents allege an anonymous tipster alerted the FBI to several Facebook posts by Darrin Bradley, an Army veteran from Anadarko, that showed him on Capitol grounds and inside the Capitol building on January 6, 2021.

Two weeks after the riot, on January 20, the FBI interviewed Bradley over the phone, who reportedly admitted to entering the Capitol building with a line of people. He also claimed that the door was held open by someone else, telling the FBI that he “did not touch or destroy anything.”

The documents say Bradley told agents he left Capitol grounds when “it turned into something he didn’t believe in,” after speaking to police at the Capitol, helping an elderly man walk out of the building, and helping a woman wash her eyes out.

According to the FBI, Bradley later emailed the bureau 12 photos and three videos he took on January 6, with one of the photos matching a selfie he posted on Facebook.

Other video obtained by the FBI allegedly shows Bradley cheering along with the crowd on the West Plaza around the time rioters had overwhelmed officers and gained access to the northwest stairs after bypassing officer lines.

Facebook messages obtained by the FBI show Bradley having multiple conversations about his alleged participation in the riot, including details about being hit with rubber bullets, teargas and flashbangs.

On January 8, 2021, Bradley reportedly stated in one conversation “Got shot with rubber bullets, tear gassed, maced, pepper sprayed, hit with multiple pepper spray & tear gas flash bangs. I’m hurtin…..IT WAS WORTH IT! I was one of the first few hundred people to get inside the Capitol Building We were peacefully protesting.”

“It NEEDS to get BAD!!! It NEEDS to get REAL!!!” Bradley reportedly added in the same conversation.

Bradley is facing the following charges for his alleged role in the January 6 riot: entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building or grounds, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.

why hasn't he been charged with murder like all the insurgents should have been, since someone died during the commission of a crime, all those involved in the crime get charged with murder, why isn't this happening?
