    UPDATE: Shooting near Jones leaves one injured, suspect arrested, authorities say

    Authorities confirm at this time, one person has been shot and taken to a local hospital by ambulance.

    Police also say, one person has been taken into custody just down the street from where the victim was.

    According to police, two homeowners were in a dispute over property. One of the homeowners hired a tree trimming service to come and cut down trees. The neighbor thought the tree trimmers were on the wrong property and shot them.

    Police say, the victim was hit twice and in stable condition. A second person in the truck is unharmed at this time. The investigation is still in the early stages. KFOR Mecca Thompson is on the scene and will be providing the latest details.

    OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Authorities in Jones alongside the Oklahoma City Police are responding to a possible shooting near Britton and Westminster.

    Officers and emergency crews are on the scene. Police confirm, suspect has been taken into custody.
