The Thunder players and Thunder Youth Basketball coaches got involved in basketball scrimmages and also ran skills drills with almost 40 students.

“Yeah we had a scrimmage, me and some of the other coaches and some of the Special Olympic kids versus the middle school team. It was hard fought, we came out on top, it was a very close game,” says Alex Caruso, Oklahoma City shooting guard. “It was a lot of fun, you know, seeing the smiles and the enthusiasm on the kids faces. That’s why we’re here.”

Thunder players even took time to sign gear for the kids.
