Pumpkinville returns to Myriad Botanical Gardens

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – Myriad Botanical Gardens will showcase mythical creatures during the month of October.

According to the Gardens, 2024’s theme is the Mythical Creatures of Pumpkinville. Started October 4, visitors can expect to see creatures like ogres, trolls, gnomes and fairies in downtown Oklahoma City.

2024’s display is made from more than 30,000 pumpkins, gourds, haystacks and mums. There’s also fun activities like games, pumpkin painting, photo opportunities, shopping, educational programs, free crafts, face painting, yummy treats and unlimited carousel rides with admission.

Officials say the festive display takes visitors to a world of magic where mythical creatures can be found throughout the gardens. Admission is $9 per person, free for ages 2 and under and free for Myriad Garden members.

Pumpkinville will be open Sundays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
