    OKCFD announces 2nd annual ‘Fire Prevention Month’ coloring contest

    OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma City Fire Department invites all Oklahoma City classrooms to participate in the second annual Fire Prevention Month Coloring Contest.

    According to fire officials, the contest is open to any class in Oklahoma City limits.

    DETAILS:

    • Who: Any class in Oklahoma City Limits
    • How: Print off a coloring sheet- Grades PK-2nd Community Risk Reduction (CRR)
    • Participants must take a picture of the class holding their completed artwork, and email it to: meredith.herman@okc.gov to be entered into the contest.
    • When: Submissions accepted October 1, 2024, till midnight October 25, 2024

    The winning class will be selected at random and awarded a pizza party for their class (up to 30 students) and Sparky The Fire Dog Fire Prevention swag.

    One winner will be selected from group PK-2nd and 3rd-5th, says OKCFD.
