Made in Oklahoma: Beef jerky cheese roll

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – This beef jerky cheese roll is a great snack for parties!

Ingredients

• 3 (1) ounce No Man’s Land beef jerky, mild beef stick, chopped finely
• 2 packages of softened cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon Daddy Hinkles Original Seasoning
• 6 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps

1. Cut your beef sticks into small chunks, then place in a food process and pulse to chop further. Add softened cream cheese, garlic and Daddy Hinkles and pulse until smooth.
2. Place your mixture onto a plastic wrap-lined surface. Roll into a log around 2 inches in diameter.
3. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then, roll back and forth until your log is about 1 inch in diameter. Peel off the plastic wrap and roll your log in green onions before placing it back into the fridge until ready to serve.
