Amber Alert canceled for missing 13-year-old in Nowata County

UPDATE @ 9:36 P.M. – According to OHP the child and suspect have been located safely.

ORIGINAL STORY

NOWATA, Okla. ( KFOR ) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 13-year-old girl named Mercy Noel Dyer who was last seen in Nowata County.

Mercy is 5’4 with blonde hair and blue eyes she weighs around 200 pounds and was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and denim jeans.

She is believed to have been taken by her non-custodial mother, and may be in California.

Her mother is Kimberly Dyer who is 46 , 5’3 and weighs about 250 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, she is believed to have violent tendencies.

They may be a 2020 white Nissan Rogue with an Oklahoma license plate tag HVZ132.
