Taft College Announces Class of 2024 Hall of Fame Inductees

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Taft College has announced its Class of 2024 Hall of Fame inductees, honoring individuals and a team who have significantly contributed to the college’s community and achievements.

Established in 2016, the Hall of Fame recognizes former students, coaches, faculty, staff, and community members who have excelled in their fields or supported Taft College.

The 2024 inductees are:

Kirk Brettschneider—Distinguished Confidential

Jeff Chudy—Outstanding Coach

Ray Hatch—Distinguished Faculty

Dr. Archie Perry, Jr.—Distinguished Alumnus

Sandra Popejoy—Distinguished Administrator

Linda West—Extraordinary Service

1990 California State Championship Football Team—Outstanding Team Achievement

The Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony will take place on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, at Taft College Student Center.
