BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A warming trend is in place as temperatures increase
    on Wednesday and Thursday.

Expect Thursday as the Peak Heat Day (highest Heat Risk) of the next Heat Wave. During this time, Probability of Measurable Precipitation remains at near zero percent with a change in temperatures and weather by Friday.

This consensus will then allow the ridge pattern to begin an eastward push as temperatures start a downward trend. Friday temps will drop back to values seen on Wednesday during the start of the Heat Wave.
