Coroner identifies Richgrove man killed in car crash near Cecil Avenue

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A person who died June 21 during a wreck east of Delano has been identified.

Coroner officials say Leonardo Vasquez, 20, was killed after the car he was operating collided into another at the intersection of Cecil Avenue and Famoso Porterville Highway. The incident occurred around 3 a.m.

Officials determined the death to be an accident. The California Highway Patrol is investigating this incident.
