City of Tehachapi searching for participants for 2024 Veterans Day parade

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The City of Tehachapi is searching for participants for the Tehachapi Veterans Day Parade this year after the cancelation of the 2023 parade.

The parade is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Nov. 11 on F Street from Mulberry to Davis streets.

Community members, local organizations, schools, businesses and veterans are welcome to participate. Last year’s parade was canceled because of a lack of participation . A ceremony honoring veterans went on as scheduled, however.
