BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder but instead charged with burglary and conspiracy — her co-defendant is accused of being the actual killer — had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf Wednesday.

Dallas Bradshaw, 29, is due back in court Sept. 20, the same date as co-defendant Luis Villachana .

Both are being held without bail in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 29 on Olympic Drive in Oildale in which Ruth Cummings was fatally shot.

On Tuesday, Villachana, 44, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, three counts of assault with a gun, making criminal threats, shooting at an inhabited dwelling or vehicle, burglary and possession of a gun and ammunition by a felon.
