    BPD seeking help locating missing teen in SW Bakersfield

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are seeking assistance in locating a missing fourteen-year-old teen who was last seen Monday in southwest Bakersfield.

    The department said Julyssa Marie Armenta, 14, was last seen near the West High School around 8:10 a.m.

    She is considered at-risk due to being her first time missing and age, officials said.

    Armenta is five-feet tall, weighs 100 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators said she was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue capri jeans.

    Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call BPD at 661-327-7111.
