Lamont juveniles arrested on suspicion of firearm charges

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Deputies arrested two male juveniles on suspicion of firearm charges in Lamont on Monday.

Officials with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said deputies recovered two firearms and arrested the juveniles in the 10900 block of Santa Ana Street.

One firearm had a loaded drum barrel attached.

Both of the males were booked on firearm-related violations, according to KCSO.

The sheriff’s office did not specify the ages of the two juveniles.
