Bakersfield restaurants set to compete at Brunch Fest at Stramler Park Saturday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Get ready to sample Bakersfield best brunch menus at Brunch Fest at Stramler Park on Oct. 12.

You can taste some Bakersfield’s most creative brunch creations from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday.

A panel of judges will be dishing out titles for: best brunch, best creative creation, best hangover brunch, best sweet treat and best brunch beverage.

Jennifer Bowden, of American General Media and April Crisp, owner of Birria Chilaquiles, and Mas Bella bartender, Mark Chavez, joined 17 News at Noon to preview some of the items you can sample at Saturday’s culinary event.
