    1 dead, another wounded in Rosamond shooting: KCSO

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two people were shot and one person is dead after a shooting in Rosamond early Sunday morning, Kern County officials said.

    Officials with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said deputies received multiple calls regarding a shooting at 3400 15th Street West in Rosamond around 1:20 a.m. Sunday.

    Deputies arrived at the scene and found a male subject suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

    Deputies say an additional male was found suffering a gunshot wound nearby and was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital to receive medical treatment.

    It is believed the two incidents are related.

    Bakersfield???? that may be kern county, but it's much closer to Lancaster.
