Maui condo prices on the rise, per REALTORS Association of Maui

HONOLULU (KHON2) — REALTORS Association of Maui reported the latest figures noting the significant increases in single-family home sales and median prices on Maui.

The latest numbers show that the median sales price for a single-family home increased by 9.46%, reaching just above $1.3 million.

According to the report, condo sales prices are also on the rise with the median sales price reaching $1.3 million as well. The group said it is nearly a 63 percent increase compared to last March.

“The ongoing increase in median prices for both single-family homes and condominiums indicates a sustained demand, fostering a favorable environment for both buyers and sellers,” RAM President Steve Baker said.

New listings for condos rose by nearly 50 percent, while listings for single-family homes increased by almost 20 percent.
