    Kailua edges No. 11 Leilehua in slugfest

    A chippy contest in which fights took place both on the field and in the stands ended with a 33-30 win for Kailua at No. 11 Leilehua on Saturday night.

    The Surfriders were up big in the second half before the Mules began to come back, but not without a scuffle on the field with saw multiple players on both teams get ejected.

    what's become of the inquiry that the announcers made that Kailua slipped back in to the game in the 3-4 quarters, two of their four players that were ejected from the game? is it still being reviewed? in the past, disqualified players cause teams to forfeit the games results.
