Maui’s Sumiko Inaba was victorios at Bellator Champions Series San Diego on Saturday, defeating Mackenzie Stiller in a women’s flyweight bout via TKO.

Inaba improved to 8-1 in her professional MMA career with a ground and pound in the second round. She has now won two straight fights.

Also on the card, Makaha’s Yancy Medeiros dropped a unanimous decision to Jora Ayvazyan via unanimous decision in a lightweight bout to drop to 12-9 in his pro MMA career.
