HONOLULU (KHON2) — Bobby M. Cotton, an inmate at the Oahu Community Correctional Center, has not returned from a job-seeking pass that was supposed to end at 5 p.m. on September 19, 2024.

Authorities, including sheriffs and the Honolulu Police Department, have been notified of his absence.

Cotton, 51, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing around 177 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

He is currently serving time for second-degree robbery and now faces an additional escape charge.

If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison for this Class C felony.

As a community custody inmate in the work furlough program, Cotton had privileges to leave the facility.
