HOUSTON — The Houston Independent School District is reporting that dozens of its campuses sustained damage when Hurricane Beryl tore through Southeast Texas on Monday. The district reported that an "overwhelming majority" of its schools lost power during the storm and around 70 of them were still without power as of Friday morning.
