Madre’s Oaxacan Restaurant has been cleared to reopen by the Los Angeles County Health Department.

On Friday, the Health Department confirmed that Madre’s Oaxacan Restaurant passed an inspection to be able to reopen.

The announcement was made days after the Health Department said the restaurant was found to have several violations that led to over 30 cases of salmonella.

People first reported feeling ill after consuming food from the restaurant on Friday the 13th of September.
