    HOUSTON ( KIAH ) — Today is Tasty Tuesday , which coincides with Hispanic Heritage Month . In keeping with the theme, we’re serving up the Grupo Herrera story. David Herrera is the visionary behind the Grupo Herrera restaurant empire in Houston. He’ll be joining us live in the studio to share his inspiring story—not to mention some delicious food!

    The Houston Chamber Choir is opening its 30th season with the world premiere of Patrick Hawes’s “The Son of Man.” The founder and artistic director of the choir, along with the composer, will be our guests on today’s show. Take a look!

    The Son of Man at Houston Chamber Choir

    The Houston Chamber Choir is opening its 30th season this Saturday with the world premiere of “The Son of Man” by renowned English composer Patrick Hawes . The choir will be joined by the Houston Symphony . It is an honor to have the renowned composer joining us, along with Robert Simpson , founder and artistic director of the Houston Chamber Choir.
