    CAUGHT: Three suspects in fatal Laura Koppe shooting arrested and charged

    HOUSTON ( KIAH ) — The Houston Police Department (HPD) are reporting the arrests of three suspects in connection with the fatal shooting of three men in the 4900 block of Laura Koppe Road on September 14.

    Javion Noel , 21, Jakalyn Willis , 20, and Markielo Reynolds , 20, have all been charged with capital murder in the 495th State District Court .

    According to initial reports, a large group of people were gathered at a block party when a vehicle approached and fired toward the crowd, then fled the scene.

    HPD arrived at the above location and found multiple individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. 24-year-old Jarvis Faultry and Breon Stuard , 23, were pronounced deceased at the scene, while a third victim, 24-year-old Marlon Jackson was pronounced deceased after being transported to a local hospital.

    Seven other men between the ages of 22 and 49 along with a woman in her early 40s were either treated for injuries or transported to area hospitals after suffering gunshots.

    The three suspects were later identified and on Tuesday, October 8, each was charged for their role in the shooting.

    All three were already in custody on unrelated charges. Noel is being held in the Harris County Jail, while the other two are currently incarcerated at a jail in Los Angeles, California.
