HOUSTON ( KIAH ) — Charges have been filed in the 337th State District Court against 27-year-old Imran Ahmed Davis , who is wanted for the fatal shooting of Bradric Kuykendall , 32 earlier this month on October 1.

The incident occurred in the 12000 block of Hillcroft Avenue weeks ago, when Houston Police Department ( HPD ) officers arrived to a shooting call at a gas station parking lot.

Arriving officers found Kuykendall unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a locale hospital via paramedics, where he was pronounced deceased.

During the investigation, detectives learned that the Davis and the victim were involved in an altercation at another location when according to reports, Davis followed Kuykendall and other individuals to a nearby gas station, shooting the victims multiple times before fleeing the scene.

Davis was identified and on Tuesday, October 15, he was charged with murder and aggravated assault for his role in the shooting, however he is currently at-large.
