MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Madison Police Department is investigating after over a dozen cars had their windows smashed out early Monday morning. Police were called at around 1:45 a.m. to an apartment complex in the 700 block of University Row for reports of multiple car alarms going off in an underground parking garage.
